East Keilor Leisure Centre Redevelopment

The new East Keilor Leisure Centre redevelopment revitalises the 50-year-old centre with new state-of-the-art facilities.

Features include:

- 50m heated outdoor pool / 25m indoor lap pool / learn to swim pool
- indoor water playground for kids
- spa pool, steam room, sauna and cafe
- new gym, group fitness and spin studios
creche & accessible family change rooms

The pools utilise Myrtha pool technology which is a pre-engineered modular system that uses laminated stainless-steel panels and a buttress system. The panels have a PVC layer applied hot in the factory.

The early stage of Icon’s involvement included providing buildability and methodology advice through value engineering, which was instrumental to work commencing on this community project.
