S131 The Parade

The Parade is a 7-storey development consisting of 242 luxury residential apartments, 63 hotel rooms, retail shopfront and 2.5 levels of basement carparking.

One of five developments within the Campbell 5 precinct, The Parade drew inspiration from global cities and precincts recognised for their liveability, creativity and sense of place. Paying homage to Canberra’s natural beauty and stunning surrounds, The Parade has been designed around indoor-outdoor living both in the homes and throughout the development.

Icon worked closely with a large stakeholder group incorporating JWLand, design consultants and trade contractors to bring the design to life during an early contractor involvement phase.

The construction incorporates clean lines and contemporary finishes with a timeless yet modern feel where every detail has been considered. Level 6 features rooftop gardens and outdoor recreation areas with sprawling views across Lake Burley Griffin and the Canberra CBD.
