1 Tindal Lane Fairbairn

The 1 Tindal Lane project was built for two clients, the base building for Canberra Airport and the fitout to accommodate the Therapeutic Goods Administration.
The laboratory was designed to meet the required compliance levels of the Gene Technology Act 2000 for certification of Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) Laboratory Spaces. In addition to laboratory spaces, the building comprises write-up areas, office spaces and meeting rooms. The project team worked closely with the clients and architects to ensure that the finishes were designed and selected to meet the required standards.
