Little Lane

Located in the East end of the Fremantle City Centre, Little Lane Apartments comprised a mix of 70 apartments, commercial tenancies and underground basement car parking over eight stories.

The ground floor comprises commercial tenancies and forms part of a larger, local government led, urban revitalization strategy for this part of the city centre. Apartment and commercial carparking is located at basement, ground and first floor level.

Commercial spaces are designed to suit a variety of uses, allowing for small business to develop in the early stage of the malls reinvention. Levels 2-7 comprises of 1-3 bed apartments 13 of which are designed specially for Summer Housing (NDIS) occupants.
