Denman Village Local Centre

Icon managed the construction of the 8,547M2 Denman Village Local Centre mixed-use development.

Scope of work included construction of a 3-storey building, with the ground floor consisting of base build retail spaces and mezzanine parking.

The second and third floors are dedicated to 16 residential townhouses and a roof top garden.

The development further included construction of a free standing Medical Centre with a complex green roof and the fitout of the IGA Supermarket and a cafe. External landscaping and retail parking surrounds the development.

The Icon team was proud to work with Capital Estate Developments, on the design and construct, fit for purpose precinct, aligning with their objectives to provide the residents of Denman Prospect with their much need shopping and community precinct.

The local centre contributes to substantiating Denman Prospect’s reputation as a forward thinking diverse community, rich in innovative design, making Denman Prospect a place people are proud to call home.
