Icon worked in partnership with developer JWLand to achieve a residential build of uncompromising quality, assured elegance and contemporary vibrancy.

Located in the heart of Canberra’s inner-north, the precinct masterplan provides 600 apartments across nine buildings consisting of 4-8 levels.

Each building provides two levels of basement parking and a vibrant mix of ground level retail, dining and community spaces.

Icon was engaged to deliver Stage 1 consisting of 160 apartments over seven levels, with a communal rooftop garden, two levels of basement parking and four commercial tenancies.
