Gold Coast Private Hospital, Stage 2

Stage 2 has incorporated additional Inpatient Wards, a new Day Surgery Unit and an additional 6 operating theatres. Works also included provisions for future expansion of the Hospital spaces.The Hospital is operated by a leading healthcare provider, Healthscope and co-located with the Gold Coast University Hospital within the Gold Coast City Council's Health and Knowledge Precinct in Southport. The Hospital initially featured 284 beds, 13 operating theatres and a 24 hour Emergency Department.
